Returns & Cancellations
We make all Little Cottage Co. products to order with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and cancellation policies.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production, and we are no longer able to guarantee changes or cancellations.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is still in new condition and meets the following requirements:
- The product is still in new, unused condition
- It has not been assembled or exposed to the elements
- The kit is still on the original pallet and ready for carrier pickup
- There is no water damage, dirt, or missing parts
We do not accept returns for items that have been stored outside, left unprotected, or damaged due to improper handling. All returns must be pre-approved and scheduled through our team.
Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This helps cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and resale, as returned products can no longer be sold as new.
