1. Returns and Refunds 

1.1. No Returns: We take great care in crafting each structure to your specifications. Due to the size and nature of our kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. 

1.2. No Refunds: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for completed purchases after 24 hours. Once your order is placed and the manufacturing process begins, we allocate significant resources and time to ensure your product is created to the highest standards.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation within 24 Hours: We understand that plans may change and you may need to cancel your order. However, after the initial 24 hour window has passed, it is out of our control to modify or cancel your order. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at (330) 893-4212. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

3.1. Inspecting Shipment: Once you receive your order, please carefully inspect your product for any signs of damage. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we want to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition.

3.3.  Follow Up: Our customer service team will be in touch with you personally after reviewing your information as to what steps are to be taken next.

4. Replacements

4.1. Damage During Shipping or Assembly: While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unexpected circumstances during shipping or assembly may lead to minor damages.

4.2. Replacement Requests: To initiate a replacement request, please contact us. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the part(s) or piece(s), and any relevant pictures to help us speed up the process.

4.3. Quick Resolution: Our team will promptly review your request and verify the issue. Once approved, we will arrange quick shipment of the replacement part so you can complete your project without delay.
