Vinyl buildings are available in Prebuilt or Vinyl Prep
(vinyl prep requires the customer to provide the vinyl)
Standard Features include:
-Vinyl siding (maintenance free)
-Aluminum drip edge
-25 year Shingles (on pre-built units only)
-4’ Double door on 8’ wide buildings
-5’ Double door on 10’ and 12’ buildings
-Locking door handle latch
-2 windows and shutters standard on 8x12 and larger
-1 window and shutter standard on 8x10 and smaller
-16’’ 2x4 on center trusses
-6’ high front and back walls
-24’’ 2x4 on center trusses
-5/8’’ plywood floor
-16’’ 2x4 joists on floor
-8’ wide buildings have 2 treated 4x4’s
Kit Form
Customer provides:
-Shingles
-Drip Edge
-Floor (if purchased without a floor kit)
-Paint
Customer is responsible for all site prep and permits
