(vinyl prep requires the customer to provide the vinyl)

-2 windows and shutters standard on 8x12 and larger
-1 window and shutter standard on 8x10 and smaller
-16’’ on center 2x4 framing for walls
-5’10’’ high front and back wall
-24’’ on center 2x4 trusses
-5/8’’ plywood floor
-16’’ on center 2x4 joists on floor
-8’ wide buildings have 2-treated 4x4s
-7/16 OSB sheeting
-Ridge vent
Kit Form
Customer provides:
-Shingles
-Drip Edge
-Floor (if purchased without a floor kit)
-Paint
Customer is responsible for all site prep and permits
