-Outside corner trim (aluminum)
-All trim and siding is pre-primed before being painted

Delivery
When you order a pre-built playhouse, it will arrive ready to play in, by our truck and trailer. Sufficient access to the delivery area is need, if this is not possible you will need to order in kit form. Delivery price is included if you are located within 30 miles of our facility. Pre-built playhouses will be $2.25 per loaded mile thereafter, $3.00 per loaded mile on buildings over 10ft as well as the cost of permits out of the state of Ohio.
