This Playhouse Kit is roughly 4’x 6’ x 6’
STANDARD 4*6 CAPE COD PLAYHOUSE KIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
-2*3 wood wall and truss framing
-High quality siding and trim prefastened onto wall panels(insures panels are square)
-Panelized walls sections (not just precut) saves time in assembly
-Straight trim prefastened to panels
-All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
-2 working 12”*18” windows with safety glass and screens
-Shutters and flowerboxes
-2 Caped Cod dormers (non functioning) (these are not open through roof)
-2 Grid windows in dormers (non functioning)
-Child’s dutch door (35” High x 16” Wide)
-Adult dutch door on side (47” High x 24” Wide)
-Hardware needed to assemble (screws,latches,handles,nails)
-Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
-All trim and siding is preprimed

-2 working 14”*21” windows with safety glass, grids and screens

-6*8 and 8*8 come with 2 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
-8*10 and 8*12 come with 3 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
(These cape cod dormers are not open to the outside)

CAPE COD PLAYHOUSE KIT INFORMATION

Little Cottage Co. has developed a cape cod playhouse kit in a standard form which is easy to stock. Our kits come pre-primed, without shingles and dripedge for ease of inventory color issues. The customer builds their own floor. These are all items which the customer can purchase at a local home improvement store. Everything else is included in the kit.
This Cape Cod kit is roughly 9’ high and comes in the 10 x 12 size: They come with higher sidewalls and double adult doors. This makes them even more practical for storage after the kids grow up. They are also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds.

Delivery of DIY Playhouse Kits:
Little Cottage Co. playhouse kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck. However, if you so choose, when you purchase your playhouse you can pay an additional fee to have your playhouse delivered with a lift-gate. When purchasing lift-gate, the truck will pull up to the end of your driveway, and using the lift-gate will simply lift the pallet off the back of the truck and into the end of your driveway. When lift-gate is purchased you will only be required to have 1 person available to sign for the shipment.
