• Duratemp siding prefastened onto wall panels (insures panels are square)
• Panelized wall section (not just precut) saves time in assembly
• Straight trim prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 2 working 14\'\'x21\'\' windows with safety glass, grids, and screens
• Shutters and flower boxes
• Three decorative dormers
• Dog entry door (40\'\' high x 20\'\' wide) (from outside into kennel area)
• Pet door between kennel and enclosed area with 10\'\'x15\'\' flap, with locking panel
• Adult ducth door on side (61\'\' high x 34\'\' wide)
• Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
• Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
• All trim and siding is primed and ready for paint
• Composite decking in kennel area
• 5/8\'\' plywoon in 4\'x8\' enclosed area
• Chian link fencing for kennel area
